General Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team through hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Manage branch operations to maximize financial success and conduct monthly P&L reviews
• Monitor key metrics including equipment utilization, warranty recovery, and customer satisfaction
• Establish measurable goals and clear expectations for team members
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with legal regulations and safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years rental industry experience, preferably in management
• Strong understanding of construction site solutions, sanitation, and trench safety
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results in fast-paced environments
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at elevated heights
