General Manager

Responsibilities

• Assume full accountability for all restaurant operations, including sales and profitability targets
• Strategically manage, coach, and recognize team member performance to drive efficiency
• Execute and train the team on opening and closing procedures, food preparation, and cleaning
• Optimize labor and workforce planning through effective scheduling and deployment
• Oversee the hiring process, including interviews, references, and new hire orientations
• Maintain a focus on guest service and speed of service to meet company timeliness goals
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in a restaurant environment
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for company business
• Ability to obtain ServSafe Certification
