General Manager

Responsibilities

• Assume full accountability for all restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards
• Strategically manage, coach, and recognize team member performance to drive operational efficiency
• Optimize labor and workforce planning through effective scheduling and deployment based on sales projections
• Oversee the full hiring process, including interviews, references, and new hire orientations
• Maintain a focus on guest service and speed of service to meet company timeliness goals
• Execute and train the team on opening and closing procedures, food preparation, and cleaning processes
• Provide hands-on support by ensuring proper coverage of all restaurant workstations

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in a restaurant environment
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for company business
• Ability to obtain ServSafe Certification
