General Manager

Responsibilities

• Assume full accountability for comprehensive restaurant operations, including sales and profitability.
• Strategically manage, coach, and recognize team member performance to drive efficiency.
• Execute and train the team on opening and closing procedures, food preparation, and cleaning.
• Optimize labor and workforce planning through effective scheduling and deployment.
• Oversee the hiring process, including interviews, references, and new hire orientations.
• Maintain a focus on guest service and speed of service to meet company timeliness goals.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• 3+ years of management experience, preferably in a restaurant environment.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for company business.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe Certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
