Responsibilities

  • Manage store operations including cost controls, inventory, food, and cleanliness
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members
  • Ensure food safety and team member safety standards are met
  • Provide best-in-class customer service to all guests
  • Drive sales growth and maximize profit potential

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a management role or similar leadership position
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Experience managing P&L, food costs, and labor
  • Valid driver's license
  • High School education or equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
