General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and food management
• Oversee cost controls, inventory management, and cash control
• Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain store cleanliness
• Follow all company policies and procedures to set an example for the crew
• Manage store profitability and local marketing efforts
• Handle administrative tasks, including paperwork and inventory tracking

Requirements

• Strong judgment, math, and multitasking abilities
• Experience with cost and inventory control
• Ability to manage staffing and scheduling
• Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and bending
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and co-workers
