Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations including cost controls, inventory, cash control, and profitability
• Manage customer relations and ensure high levels of service quality
• Lead and staff the team while following all company policies and procedures
• Handle administrative tasks including paperwork and food management
• Maintain store cleanliness and execute local store marketing initiatives
• Set a positive example for the crew regarding attendance, punctuality, and standards

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Proven supervisory or management experience
• Previous experience within the restaurant or food service industry
