General Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and drive store performance to achieve operational goals
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members to build a strong team
• Create a positive and productive work environment
• Manage scheduling, labor, and food costs
• Maintain high standards for food quality and customer service
• Coach team members and develop future leaders
• Ensure compliance with Domino’s and Team Honey Badger standards

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance
• Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts (including opening/closing)
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management experience
