Responsibilities
- Manage store operations including cost controls, inventory, food standards, and cleanliness
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members
- Oversee food safety and team member safety protocols
- Provide best-in-class customer service to all guests
- Drive sales growth and maximize profit potential
Requirements
- Prior experience in a management role or similar leadership position
- Proven customer service experience
- Experience managing P&L, food costs, and labor
- Valid driver's license
- High School education or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in a fast food or quick service restaurant environment
