General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations, including staffing, food management, and maintaining store cleanliness
• Manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control to ensure profitability
• Oversee customer relations and ensure high standards of customer service
• Follow all company policies and procedures and ensure the crew adheres to the same
• Manage paperwork, scheduling, and marketing efforts for the location

Requirements

• Strong judgment and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in math skills for accurate cash handling and financial reporting
• Experience with cost control and inventory management
• Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
