About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a single Domino’s store to ensure operational excellence
- Provide leadership and supervision to achieve profitability and food safety standards
- Manage costs and implement basic operational procedures
- Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team of employees
- Promote and enforce team member and food safety protocols
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer needs effectively
- Operate and troubleshoot store technology, including POS and ATS systems
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment
- Proven ability in recruiting, developing, and managing employees
- Strong understanding of cost management and operational procedures
- Ability to lead teams while maintaining strict food safety standards
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technology and POS systems
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record is preferred
