General Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a single Domino’s store to ensure operational excellence
• Provide leadership and supervision to achieve profitability and food safety standards
• Manage costs and implement basic operational procedures
• Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team of employees
• Promote and enforce team member and food safety protocols
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer needs effectively
• Operate and troubleshoot store technology, including POS and ATS systems

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment
• Proven ability in recruiting, developing, and managing employees
• Strong understanding of cost management and operational procedures
• Ability to lead teams while maintaining strict food safety standards
• Proficiency in troubleshooting technology and POS systems
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record is preferred
