General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and manage staff to ensure high standards of service and profitability
• Oversee all cost controls, inventory control, and cash control processes
• Manage customer relations and ensure a great customer service experience
• Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to food management standards
• Handle staffing, paperwork, and scheduling to ensure smooth shift transitions
• Follow all company policies and procedures 100% of the time

Requirements

• Strong judgment and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in math skills for accurate cash handling and financial reporting
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with cost control and inventory management
• Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and navigating various terrains
