Responsibilities
- Lead store operations and manage staff to ensure high standards of service and profitability
- Oversee all cost controls, inventory control, and cash control processes
- Manage customer relations and ensure a great customer service experience
- Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to food management standards
- Handle staffing, paperwork, and scheduling to ensure smooth shift transitions
- Follow all company policies and procedures 100% of the time
Requirements
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in math skills for accurate cash handling and financial reporting
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with cost control and inventory management
- Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and navigating various terrains
