General Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a single Domino's store to ensure operational standards and profitability
• Provide overall leadership and supervision to create an inclusive and engaged work environment
• Manage food safety protocols and ensure team compliance
• Handle recruiting, retaining, and developing store employees
• Manage basic operational procedures and cost management capabilities
• Troubleshoot store technology including POS and ATS systems

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment
• Ability to lead teams and promote food safety standards
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting technology
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
