General Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial objectives by preparing annual budgets and managing full P&L responsibility
• Implement operational and sales process improvements to increase customer satisfaction and profit margins
• Provide leadership, coaching, and career mentoring to employees
• Oversee employee scheduling and assist with technical/mechanical troubleshooting
• Perform regular audits to ensure staff follow company best practices and policies
• Utilize division financial reports and metrics to manage daily operations
• Hire, train, and develop new employees through regular performance reviews
• Lead meetings and hold employees accountable to performance expectations
• Resolve personnel matters and escalated customer concerns professionally

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in a leadership position managing personnel, projects, and sales
• Experience in commercial manual/automatic door and hardware industry preferred
• Experience in HVAC or construction/building materials industries considered
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to travel to Phoenix for training during the first six months
• Proficiency with Windows, ERP/CRM systems, and Excel
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating operational and financial data
• Ability to handle technical applications and mechanical systems
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
