General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Studio team through goal setting, coaching, feedback, and consistent recognition
• Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle and partner with HR on performance management
• Oversee Studio procedures, visual directives, and housekeeping standards to maximize profit and control expenses
• Lead the team in creating floorplans, design presentations, weekly trade, and home visits
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to share business insights and develop growth strategies

Requirements

• Retail management experience
• Demonstrated design skills and a passion for the design profession
• Financial literacy and business acumen with the ability to manage budgetary responsibilities
• Proficiency with MS Office software and web navigation
• Knowledge of 3-D rendering programs
• Physical ability to routinely move objects weighing more than 20 pounds
