General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the studio team through goal setting, coaching, feedback, and training
• Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle and partner with HR on performance management
• Oversee studio procedures, visual directives, and housekeeping standards to maximize profit
• Manage expense control goals and budgetary responsibilities
• Lead the team in creating floorplans, design presentations, and conducting home visits
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to share business insights and growth strategies

Requirements

• Experience in retail management
• Demonstrated design skills and a passion for the design profession
• Strong financial literacy and business acumen
• Proficiency with MS Office software and 3-D rendering programs
• Ability to routinely move objects weighing more than 20 pounds
