General Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for gaming, racing, and non-gaming departments
• Establish and administer procedures for profitability, safety, employee relations, and guest relations
• Direct and counsel day-to-day operations through assigned department leaders
• Develop and maintain a positive employee culture, professional development, and engagement
• Monitor financial performance against plans and implement corrective actions to improve results
• Maintain updated knowledge of all applicable gaming laws and regulations
• Ensure all departments are staffed with high-performing team members

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in casino management
• Demonstrated success managing complex operations with full P&L accountability
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning
• Deep understanding of gaming regulations, compliance, and operational best practices
• Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams and develop future leaders
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field
