Crawlspace Medic is the leading franchise in the crawl space and basement repair industry. We offer a unique path to business ownership where investors fund the market and you run the operations, eventually buying out the stake to become the franchisee.

Responsibilities

• Manage people, P&L, and overall business performance
• Sell services and coach the team
• Perform crawl space inspections and manual labor under houses
• Recruit, develop, and retain strong team members
• Enforce standard operating procedures
• Manage sales, marketing, and capacity planning at the unit level

Requirements

• Track record of leading teams in process-driven, labor-intensive environments
• Experience building or enforcing standard operating procedures
• Ability to recruit and develop staff
• Understanding of sales and marketing at a unit level
• Physical ability to crawl on hands and knees through tight, dark, confined spaces
• Ability to handle light hand tools
• High level of accountability and grit
