Responsibilities

• Manage people, P&L, and overall business performance
• Sell services and coach the team
• Perform inspections by crawling under houses until a team is built
• Recruit, develop, and retain strong staff
• Enforce standard operating procedures
• Manage sales, marketing, and capacity planning at the unit level

Requirements

• Track record of leading teams in process-driven, labor-intensive environments
• Experience building or enforcing SOPs
• Ability to recruit and develop people
• Understanding of sales and marketing
• Physical ability to crawl on hands and knees through tight, dark, confined spaces
• Ability to handle light hand tools
• Grit and accountability to operate under pressure
