Responsibilities

• Manage people, P&L, and overall market performance
• Sell services and coach the local team
• Perform crawl space inspections and manual labor under houses
• Recruit, develop, and retain strong team members
• Enforce standard operating procedures and capacity planning

Requirements

• Track record of leading teams in process-driven, labor-intensive environments
• Experience building or enforcing standard operating procedures
• Ability to recruit and develop staff
• Understanding of sales, marketing, and unit-level capacity planning
• Physical ability to crawl on hands and knees through tight, dark, confined spaces
• Willingness to use light hand tools and work in dirty environments
