General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to develop, evaluate, and coach staff to maintain high-level service and quality
• Inspire and develop associates and keyholders to meet long-range growth plans and career paths
• Deliver operating budgets and manage expense control to meet profitability expectations
• Ensure accuracy of all front and back house store operations
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels through effective replenishment, organization, and shrink control
• Perform timely completion of all recordkeeping related to payroll, performance reviews, and hiring

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or applicable certification or equivalent experience
• 5 years of functional experience
• Experience managing individual contributors or acting as a department lead
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical, operational, and organizational issues
• Proficiency operating Point of Sales (POS) systems and various software packages
