General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive daily operations of the airport location
• Spend at least 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment
• Build stakeholder relationships with TSA, airline, and airport partners
• Manage day-to-day operations of Ambassadors and Managers
• Act as business owner for the airport P&L and drive strategy to achieve KPIs
• Hire, develop, and manage a diverse team of salaried and hourly employees
• Manage labor, payroll, and scheduling to ensure highest utility

Requirements

• At least 6 years of leadership experience in high-volume, customer-facing environments
• Proven experience managing both salaried and hourly employees
• Experience reviewing and reporting on KPIs
• Ability to follow airport, state, and federal regulations
• Availability to work non-traditional schedules including weekends, holidays, and early mornings
• Ability to successfully complete a government background investigation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, or rental car industries
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in an ever-changing environment
