Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a team of Ambassadors and Managers
• Act as business owner for the airport to achieve KPIs and metrics
• Hire, develop, and sustain a diverse team of talent
• Drive employee engagement and accountability for security and customer service
• Performance manage salaried and hourly team members
• Build stakeholder relationships with TSA, airline, and airport partners
• Manage labor, payroll, and scheduling
• Spend at least 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment

Requirements

• At least 6 years of leadership experience in high-volume, customer-facing environments
• Prior experience managing both salaried and hourly employees
• Experience reviewing and reporting on KPIs
• Ability to follow airport, state, and federal regulations
• Availability to work non-traditional schedules including weekends and holidays
• Ability to successfully complete a government background investigation
