General Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic transformation execution across the Canadian Carrier Commercial Service organization.
• Develop and implement plans to drive transformation around customer lifecycle growth, operational excellence, and financial targets.
• Direct the development of operating sales and service plans to achieve long-term strategic business objectives.
• Partner with global service operations and North America Parts organizations to optimize growth and service delivery models.
• Maximize people performance through inclusive leadership, talent recruitment, and development.
• Build highly skilled technician and support teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Develop channel strategies and execute sales programs to accelerate market penetration and digital innovation.
• Collaborate with Commercial Sales to support original equipment obligations and replacement equipment market growth.
• Monitor organizational goals, metrics, and project execution to ensure alignment with broader company strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent communication in English, both spoken and written.
• 10+ years of related service and aftermarket leadership experience in institutional, commercial, or industrial facility segments.
• 10+ years of people management experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30% to branch locations across Canada and occasionally to the USA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing and growing business top and bottom lines at double-digit growth rates.
• Experience within the HVAC industry.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic leadership skills.
• Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
• Creative approach to problem resolution and driving organizational change.
