General Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Montreal retail store, setting high standards and inspiring the team to achieve excellence.
• Own the employee and customer experience by driving satisfaction, brand loyalty, and elevated team behaviors.
• Drive commercial growth and performance through excellent operational execution and a strong commercial mindset.
• Act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor, coaching the team to deliver a luxury customer experience.
• Maintain a luxury environment by ensuring strict adherence to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Lead talent development through effective recruitment, staff development, and succession planning.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with all corporate standards, including Health and Safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Retail Management, ideally within a luxury brand or high-end service environment.
• Fluency in English and the local language (French).
• Strong digital awareness and the ability to navigate social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Comprehensive knowledge of local employment and retail legislation.
• A passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the luxury ethos.
• Ability to work flexibly to meet the evolving needs of the store.
