General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing store team to deliver exceptional luxury customer experiences
• Drive commercial growth and store performance through excellent operational execution
• Act as a brand ambassador on the shop floor, role modeling Burberry behaviors and values
• Monitor, coach, and provide feedback to the team to elevate service standards and product knowledge
• Maintain a luxury environment by ensuring strict adherence to Visual Merchandising guidelines
• Nurture long-term customer relationships and embed customer-focused behaviors across the team
• Drive the use of digital assets to enhance the customer journey
• Manage talent through effective recruitment, staff development, and succession planning
• Ensure compliance with all corporate standards, health and safety policies, and retail legislation

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management within a luxury brand or luxury service environment
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on developing talent and driving excellence
• Fluency in English
• Digital awareness and comfort navigating social media and e-commerce platforms
• Knowledge of local employment and retail legislation
• A passion for fashion and a luxury ethos
• Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the store
