About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote and instill Bottleneck Management philosophies, culture, and operational standards
- Coach, mentor, and develop managers and staff to advance within the company
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to develop strategies for sales growth and cost control
- Ensure complete compliance with all financial controls and proactive financial measuring
- Oversee the execution of new company initiatives and maintain operational systems
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local health, safety, and labor regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant general management and people leadership experience
- Proven experience managing a staff of 20+ employees per shift
- Must possess all required food and alcohol certifications as designated by the location
- Ability to stand for a full shift and lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work at assigned locations including Oak Brook, Schaumburg, or Naperville
