General Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of all hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and Sales
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service standards in alignment with IHG brand expectations
• Prepare and manage the hotel's annual budget and forecast
• Monitor and control expenses while maximizing room revenue, occupancy, and RevPAR
• Recruit, train, motivate, and develop department heads and hotel staff
• Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal laws and brand requirements
• Act as the primary liaison with hotel ownership and Blue Sky Hospitality corporate office

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hotel management experience
• At least 2 years of experience as a General Manager
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IHG brand hotels
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
