About the role
Responsibilities
- Champion Marriott's culture of hospitality and Spirit to Serve
- Ensure full compliance with Marriott Brand Standards, QA audits, and operational excellence initiatives
- Drive Brand metrics related to ITR and GSS
- Manage financial performance including forecasting, budget development, labor management, and cost controls
- Partner with Sales and Revenue teams to grow RevPAR and market share using STR reports and business intelligence
- Recruit, coach, and develop Department Heads and hotel associates
- Maintain compliance with Corporate, State, Federal, and OSHA regulations
Requirements
- Prior experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager of a Marriott full-service hotel
- 8–10+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience
- Strong Marriott brand knowledge and operational expertise
- Experience leading Marriott QA/Brand Standard Audits
- Strong understanding of luxury or upscale full-service operations
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
