General Manager

Responsibilities

• Create a motivating and engaging team culture through coaching and mentoring
• Manage staff scheduling in compliance with labor laws
• Recruit and onboard new talent in collaboration with the People Team
• Oversee food and beverage quality standards and recipe execution
• Manage inventory, vendor relations, and waste management
• Spend 50-70% of time leading by example behind the bar
• Drive financial performance, sales goals, and local brand loyalty
• Ensure location safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing single-store unit operations in hospitality or consumer brands
• Full-time availability (45 hours per week)
• Ability to work 5 days per week, including 2 peak days (Friday-Sunday)
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso, and equipment
• Experience managing inventory and supply chain ordering
• Strong interpersonal communication and decision-making skills
