Responsibilities

• Create a motivating and engaging culture for employees
• Recruit, train, coach, and mentor the team
• Manage scheduling, timecards, and payroll accuracy
• Maintain food and beverage quality standards and recipe execution
• Oversee ordering, vendor relations, waste management, and inventory
• Lead by example behind the bar through customer service and production
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and presentation of locations
• Drive financial performance and neighborhood brand loyalty
• Achieve company standard NPS and operational audit scores

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing single-unit operations in high-growth hospitality or retail
• Experience managing large hospitality teams
• Experience managing inventory and supply chain ordering
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage change

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge and interest in specialty coffee or restaurants
• Proven ability to develop staff into leadership roles
