About the role
Responsibilities
- Create a motivating and engaging team culture through coaching and mentoring
- Manage staff scheduling in compliance with labor laws
- Recruit and onboard new talent in collaboration with the People Team
- Oversee food and beverage quality standards and recipe execution
- Manage inventory, vendor relations, and waste management
- Lead by example behind the bar for 50-70% of the week
- Drive store financial performance, AOV, and sales goals
- Ensure location safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing single-store unit operations in hospitality or consumer brands
- Full-time availability (45 hours per week)
- Ability to work 2 peak days (including weekends)
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso, and equipment
- Experience managing hospitality teams and inventory
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
