Responsibilities

• Create a motivating and engaging team culture by celebrating, training, coaching, and mentoring your team
• Recruit talent in collaboration with the People Team and manage staff scheduling
• Oversee training quality and ensure coffee accreditations are completed for new employees
• Maintain food and beverage quality standards and ensure recipe accuracy
• Own ordering, vendor relations, waste management, and inventory counts
• Spend 50-70% of the week leading by example behind the bar through customer service and production
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and presentation of the location
• Drive financial performance, grow AOV, and meet sales goals through creative initiatives

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing single-store unit operations in high-growth hospitality or consumer brands
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso, and equipment
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing hospitality teams
• Experience managing inventory and supply chain ordering
• Full-time availability (45 hours per week, including 2 peak days/weekends)
• Strong decision-making and multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a unionized environment is a plus
