Responsibilities

• Create a motivating and engaging team culture through coaching and mentoring
• Manage staff scheduling and timecard approvals in compliance with labor laws
• Recruit and train high-quality talent in collaboration with the People Team
• Maintain food and beverage quality standards and recipe accuracy
• Oversee inventory, vendor relations, waste management, and ordering
• Spend 50-70% of the week leading by example behind the bar
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and presentation of the location
• Drive financial performance, sales goals, and local brand loyalty

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing single-store unit operations in high-growth hospitality or consumer brands
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso, and equipment
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing hospitality teams
• Experience managing inventory and supply chain ordering
• Full-time availability (45 hours per week, including 2 peak days/weekends)
• Strong decision-making and interpersonal communication skills
