General Manager

Responsibilities

• Create a motivating and engaging team culture through training, coaching, and mentoring
• Manage staff scheduling, timecards, and paid time off requests
• Recruit talent in collaboration with the People Team
• Oversee training quality and ensure coffee accreditations are completed
• Maintain food and beverage quality standards and recipe accuracy
• Manage ordering, vendor relations, waste, and inventory counts
• Lead by example behind the bar for 50-70% of the week
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and presentation of the location
• Drive financial performance, sales goals, and local brand loyalty

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing single-store unit operations in high-growth hospitality or consumer brands
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso, and equipment
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing hospitality teams
• Experience managing inventory and supply chain ordering
• Full-time availability (45 hours per week, including 2 peak days/weekends)
• Strong decision-making and multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a unionized environment is a plus
