General Manager

Responsibilities

• Create a motivating and engaging culture for employees through coaching and mentoring
• Manage scheduling, timecards, and payroll compliance according to labor laws
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing talent in collaboration with the People Team
• Maintain food and beverage quality standards and ensure accurate recipe execution
• Manage inventory, vendor relations, waste, and supply chain ordering
• Lead by example behind the bar to ensure exceptional customer service
• Oversee store safety, cleanliness, and operational auditing compliance
• Drive financial performance and local brand loyalty within the neighborhood

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing single-unit operations in high-growth hospitality or retail
• Experience managing large hospitality teams
• Experience managing inventory and supply chain ordering
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage change

• $72,000-$80,000 annual salary
