Responsibilities

• Own drink quality and store cleanliness
• Lead shifts and set the pace for the team
• Manage recruitment and training for high-potential talent
• Nurture and develop future leaders
• Manage P&L, including labor productivity, inventory, and waste
• Execute tactical levers to drive store sales
• Lead the rollout of new initiatives and pilot new ideas

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading operations in high-growth hospitality or consumer brands
• Experience as a hospitality manager in high-volume environments
• Proven ability to build, train, and lead teams from the ground up
• Strong P&L understanding, including labor planning and inventory management
• Hands-on and highly action-oriented approach
• Passion for coffee, matcha, and customer experience
