Responsibilities
- Own drink quality and store cleanliness
- Lead shifts and set the pace for the team
- Manage recruitment and training for high-potential talent
- Nurture and develop future leaders
- Manage P&L, including labor productivity, inventory, and waste
- Execute tactical levers to drive store sales
- Lead the rollout of new initiatives and pilot new ideas
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading operations in high-growth hospitality or consumer brands
- Experience as a hospitality manager in high-volume environments
- Proven ability to build, train, and lead teams from the ground up
- Strong P&L understanding, including labor planning and inventory management
- Hands-on and highly action-oriented approach
- Passion for coffee, matcha, and customer experience
