Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the Taiwan market strategy plan, including regulatory setup, partnerships, and growth strategy
• Oversee the process of obtaining necessary regulatory licenses and approvals in the Taiwan insurance market
• Build and manage relationships with insurers, underwriting partners, and ecosystem players
• Negotiate commercial partnerships, product distribution agreements, and integration arrangements
• Lead the platform launch by working with product and engineering teams to develop features and customer journeys
• Establish effective operating processes, cadence, and reporting structures
• Build and lead a high-performing team with a strong ownership culture

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in insurance, fintech, digital platforms, or high-growth technology companies
• Demonstrated experience managing commercial performance, revenue growth, and partnerships
• Strong leadership capability with experience managing cross-functional teams
• Highly analytical and execution-focused mindset
• Experience in a regulated insurance environment or understanding of the Taiwan insurance market is a plus
