General Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all restaurant functions including hiring, training, and supervising team members
• Ensure a gold standard guest experience and manage guest relations and recovery
• Oversee food and beverage quality, safety, and sanitation standards
• Manage operational execution, including daily briefings, maintenance, and local marketing
• Control inventory by preparing and receiving food and beverage orders and conducting weekly inventories
• Drive operational goals and ensure compliance with company policies and health standards
• Facilitate team member development, recognition, and performance management

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant management experience
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for the duration of an 8-10 hour shift
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
