General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and support a team of 36 to deliver exceptional hospitality standards
• Build collaborative relationships with clients and key business stakeholders
• Develop the team through continuous mentoring, training, and empowerment
• Create a culture of excellence focused on food standards and innovative service
• Achieve business-critical KPIs including Health and Safety, Sustainability, and Financial performance

Requirements

• Previous experience as a General Manager in a high-volume catering unit
• Understanding of food service within a distribution-style environment
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive commercial performance
• Excellent leadership, delegation, and influencing skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment
• Meticulous organizational skills and high attention to detail
