General Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of the Riverside Golf Club, ensuring a seamless and quality experience for all members and guests
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve service quality, enhance member retention, and increase revenue streams
• Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of teamwork, development, and respect
• Oversee financial performance, managing budgets, forecasts, and operational expenses to ensure profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, addressing their needs and feedback proactively
• Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute club events and activities
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Effectively market the club and attract new members through promotional strategies

Requirements

• Prior experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role in the golf industry
• In-depth knowledge of club management, operations, and golf programming
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building effective teams
• Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to implement innovative marketing strategies
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
