Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the business
• Lead and coordinate the execution of sales campaigns, ensuring alignment across commercial, marketing, operations, and creative functions
• Ensure readiness across merchandising, pricing, inventory, marketing execution, and platform performance
• Monitor commercial KPIs (revenue, conversion, customer engagement) and translate insights into practical actions
• Coordinate and support functional leads, setting clear priorities and ensuring smooth collaboration
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational or platform-related issues
• Work closely with product, technology, or external partners to ensure platform stability and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce and operations in senior or leadership roles
• Strong hands-on experience in e-commerce or digital retail environments
• Solid understanding of campaign-based sales models, merchandising, and online performance drivers
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple functions in a lean, high-accountability team environment
• Data-aware mindset with the ability to track KPIs and use insights to guide decisions
• Clear communication style and pragmatic leadership approach
