Responsibilities

• Act as co-responsible for operational management and implement hotel strategy to maximize customer satisfaction
• Ensure hotel operations in accommodation and commercial management align with brand standards and market positioning

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in management roles
• Degree in Business Administration, Gastronomy, or Hospitality
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of investor relations
• Budget management and financial analysis skills
• Strong knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
• Creative and innovative mindset
