About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead sales performance, floor execution, and up management
- Manage customer experience and guest support
- Oversee inventory management, promotion control, and cash handling
- Maintain facilities and building oversight
- Drive culture management and team communication
- Manage store operations, standards, and scheduling
- Lead talent development, coaching, and performance management
- Report on KPIs and participate in management meetings
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of retail leadership experience in high-volume or furniture retail
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
