General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead sales performance, floor execution, and up management
• Manage customer experience and guest support
• Oversee inventory management, promotion control, and cash handling
• Maintain facilities and building oversight
• Drive culture management and team communication
• Manage store operations, standards, and scheduling
• Lead talent development, coaching, and performance management
• Report on KPIs and participate in management meetings

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience in high-volume or furniture retail
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
