General Maintenance Technician II-1

Responsibilities

• Perform daily facility support including furniture assembly, relocation, and office setup
• Execute carpentry repairs on restroom fixtures, doors, locks, and cabinets
• Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance tasks
• Perform daily facility walkthrough inspections and report issues
• Complete work orders through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Assist with employee relocation projects and office moves
• Maintain conference rooms, pantries, and freight corridors to ensure they are clean and ready for use
• Comply with all company, OSHA, and site-specific EHS safety policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three years of experience in a corporate office maintenance environment
• Ability to obtain a security access badge at the client location
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders or scaffolding
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical degree
• Experience using a CMMS (Maximo experience is a plus)
• Ability to read and understand repair manuals, specifications, drawings, and schematic diagrams
