General Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, calibrate, and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment to minimize downtime
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on production equipment
• Dismantle, clean, fabricate, assemble, and lubricate various types of mechanical equipment
• Safely complete maintenance tasks adhering to OSHA and company requirements
• Maintain work areas consistent with 5's requirements
• Accurately report time and materials used for assigned tasks
• Maintain appropriate service and repair records
• Coordinate scheduled repairs and calibrations with production teams
• Provide on-call, after-hours support when required

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience repairing and troubleshooting production equipment
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to troubleshoot PLC systems
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to safely operate power and hand tools
• Must own a personal tool set in good condition
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical schematics
• Basic knowledge of 5's methodology
• Capacity to work overtime as needed to complete repairs
