General Liability Presuit Attorney Director

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of multiple markets with direct management of Attorneys and Case Managers
• Drive consistent execution of firm policies, workflows, and best practices
• Monitor and enforce KPIs, compliance metrics, and quality standards
• Coach, mentor, and develop Attorneys and Case Managers through regular feedback and performance management
• Serve as the primary escalation point for organization-wide issues and build scalable systems

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from a fully accredited law school
• Active Bar member in good standing
• 5+ years of personal injury experience with pre-litigation exposure
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in high-volume environments
• Strong understanding of personal injury presuit processes
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
