General Liability Pre Suit Attorney

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day pre-litigation work
• Complete Flip-to-Lit and TD approvals for liability issues
• Guide clients through the case process
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation
• Manage the release approval process
• Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
• Focus on personal injury cases, primarily general liability
• Drive compliance and KPIs within the team
• Conduct EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the MS State Bar Association
• 1+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership and writing skills
• Self-starter with superior oral advocacy skills
