Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journal entries and support month-end close
• Complete balance-sheet account reconciliations and investigate variances
• Maintain weekly PO analysis and reconcile American Express accounts
• Partner with AP on invoice flow and coding quality
• Review T&E reports for policy compliance
• Prepare quarterly commission statements
• Review and approve new vendor requests
• Educate teams on purchasing, AP, and cash-disbursement policies
• Support external audits and provide ad-hoc reporting
• Proactively communicate with account and meetings teams to resolve issues

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 2-5+ years of General Ledger accounting experience
• Strong foundation in accounting principles (double-entry, accrual vs. cash)
• Proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivots, formulas)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
