About the Company

Opening in 2027, The Nell New York will be the first hotel within Rockefeller Center and New York City’s only Relais & Châteaux property.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage diverse teams within specific hotel departments
• Ensure high standards of luxury hospitality and guest experience
• Implement operational and strategic business facets
• Comply with all Hotel Operations and Food & Beverage policies
• Assist in emergency and security procedures as directed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality
• Proficient knowledge of industry trends and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
